When will my order be delivered?

Where do I find my tracking number?

You should receive an email with tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped out.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately the order can't be cancelled as soon as you have placed an order with us and paid for your order to be delivered.

What is your return policy?

We only accept the return of products that have been supplied to the customer incorrectly OR which are deemed to be faulty.  Please use the contact us form or send us an email at info@babagreens.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

We use natural STEVIA Leaf to give BABA GREENS a sweet taste without the calories.

I can't find my scoop in my bottle, what do I do?

All BABA GREENS supergreens contain a scoop inside.  If you can't find the scoop it's probably at the bottom of the container.  Just use a spoon to dig it out.

Does BABA GREENS contain any caffeine?

Negligible amount of caffeine that is under 4mg and is therefore not needed to be mentioned on the label.

What is the expiration date?

You can find the expiration date on all our products.  You can use the product if stored properly until expiration date mentioned on the container.

Can I take BABA GREENS while being pregnant or nursing?

It's ussualy the best choice to first consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, expect to become pregnant or are nursing.
